How to order

Please add each troupe performance as separate items to the cart and then check out with them together. Choose the type of media you want to order and ensure the chosen session is correct.

If any mistakes have been made with your order please notify us immediately. If you have not entered your troupe details in correctly your performances may not be captured.

Order and Payment Info

Payment is available via Bank Transfer or Credit Card. If the bank transfer method is selected you are not required to pay in advance to have photos taken. However, if payment is not received by the 24th June (or 2 weeks after the order date following NDC) your order will be cancelled and the photos will be permanently deleted.

Orders made with the bank transfer method selected can be cancelled before receiving payment with no admin fee.

Refunds

Refunds are available if you choose to cancel before we process your order and for cancelled performances. However, refunds are not available after we have sent your photos or videos.

A $20 refund fee will be charged for refunds except when the cause was due to a cancelled performance. Due to automatic tax deductions on received payments and non-refundable merchant fees we are unable to offer full refunds. Please do not order photos that you did not pre-order or register for.

Cut-Off Dates

Orders will be cut off after the 30th June. Photos that were not pre-ordered will be unavailable to order after NDC and subject to the refund admin fee if an order is placed for them. Videos will be available at any time until the cut off date. Late orders will also be subject to a processing delay of up to 4 weeks.

Delivery Schedule

Please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to be processed after NDC has finished. We aim to complete most orders within 1 to 2 weeks and process them in the order they are placed.

All orders will be sent via email and made available to download for 30 days. Please keep an eye on your junk folder in case you do not receive an email. After your media has been sent by email you will also receive a separate order complete email. If you have not received these by mid July, or 4 weeks from the date of your order please contact us.

Photo Details

High-resolution photos will be sent to your email using our photo gallery platform where they can be downloaded. The set of photos that will be sent through will include most of the images with standard edits (i.e. edited for brightness, colour & straightness).

Photos will captured at delivered at a high resolution and our target is a 40/60 split of closeup to wide group shots (varying depending on performance style and group size).

Video Details

Videos will be filmed using both a wide-angle and a close-up follow camera. The video you receive will cut between the two cameras where needed.

All videos will be filmed and published in 4K Ultra-High definition and where appropriate, include stage audio (i.e. for tap & musical theatre).
